I also wanted to mention that ever since I conjured this story in my mind I thought of doing the last two paragraphs in present tense, it just seemed right... I am not sure why as I never do write in present... I must say I really liked it and more than anything it fits what is happening beautifully! I really enjoyed writing this so much...
